Winx Club is an Italian animated television series, created by Iginio Straffi and produced by Rainbow S.p.A.. The series is aimed toward children between the ages of five and twelve and has spawned an international franchise of toys, books, clothing, DVDs, as well as two CGI feature films. The second season of Winx Club premiered on April 19, 2005 through July 14, 2005 in Italy, and on September 10, 2005 through March 11, 2006 on 4Kids TV. |Main Villains:Lord Darkar
The Winx Club begin their third and final year at Alfea. As fairies, the six best friends learn of their full-fledged fairy form, Enchantix, that can only be achieved when a fairy rescues someone from his or her own home planet and shows great courage, bravery, self-sacrifice, and compassion in doing so. Meanwhile, in the Omega Dimension, the Trix find and release a powerful and vengeful wizard named Valtor, who has a tragic connection to Bloom, as he was directly involved in the destruction of Bloom's home world, Domino, seventeen years ago alongside the three Ancient Witches. They choose to forge an alliance and plan to invade several areas in the realm of Magix and seek vengeance on those who imprisoned them by stealing their exceptionally strong, magical and mystical treasures and immeasurable power sources of each realm.

The Winx face their greatest challenge yet when a new witch named Selina arrives with a powerful, evil book known as the Legendarium.
In this adventure the fairies discover the real importance of the rare Fairy Animals, which they must save from Kalshara, an evil shape-shifter and her clumsy brother, Brafilius.
The Winx Club notices that some of the stars in the sky are disappearing. They determine that the return of Valtor is linked to this strange occurrence. The fairies travel to Lumenia, the Magic Dimension's brightest star and the light source for Stella's home planet of Solaria. Lumenia's queen gives them the power of Cosmix to protect the magical universe's billions of stars. Along the way, the Winx also meet Twinkly; a helpful golden creature who powers the very core of Lumenia.
