For several years, the Atlantic shipyards in Saint-Nazaire have been implementing a new work organization in order to reduce production costs. The principle is to make massive use of subcontracting and temporary workers. While the world's largest cruise ship, the Queen Mary 2, is being built, shipyard employees tell us how they are experiencing this organized insecurity.
