Lucas Caleb Rooney an American actor. He's known for his role as Joe Miller in Boardwalk Empire; he is a recurring guest star in the third season and debuts in the episode "Resolution". He has appeared in the series Six Degrees, Journeyman, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Person of Interest.
