As a member of the cast of this award-winning drama, and as a foreign actor (non-Korean) that was blessed to work in that country's movie and television enterprises for more than 12 years, I am proud to tell the viewers that might get a chance to see this epic drama, that it is without question one of the most successful 36-hour dramas produced by MBC Television Network. It shows the physical harm that Japan had inflicted on South Korea for more than 36 years. Japan crushed Korea's education system, its women, and its history and culture.
