Jonathan, who has renovated more than 200 houses, as step by step he carefully preserves the original craftsmanship and historic charm of classic homes while he also modernizes layouts, updates interiors and gives his clients endless reasons to cheer.
Season 3 will follow Jon and his go-to designer Kristina Crestin as they take on a slew of risky renovations. During the fresh episodes, the duo will renovate a lighthouse keeper’s home on a remote island, a former clam shack and a handful of 200–to-300–year–old farmhouses needing period–appropriate remodels.
