Seen from the perspective of Tracii, the woman in charge of logistics at an abortion clinic Atlanta in Georgia (USA), we spend a day that starts at 5.30 in the morning and witness just how strenuous her everyday life is as she inspects the buildings and car park for undesirables; acknowledges the regular, if somewhat sparse, protesters who stand outside yelling hell and damnation and then prepares for the arrival of the "patients".
