Can you imagine Julia Childs or Delia Snith setting about making a delicious guacamole by slicing and dicing up a hand grenade? Then adding some actual dice - of two colours, then a dash of golf ball/monopoly houses for added piquancy before seasoning. Well instead, it's PES who has crafted this quirky and quite entertaining stop-motion short that doesn't even trouble us for two minutes. It's the detail of the chopping that raises a smile.
