Overview

When her father (Mark Lee) decides to shut down You & Me Bak Kut Teh, their family bak kut teh hawker business, top-scoring university graduate Enya (Annette Lee) takes it upon herself to save it. She successfully persuades her childhood friends Tammy (Xixi Lim) and Ahji (Jaspers Lai) to quit their jobs and join her in reopening business, but their endeavour gets off to a bad start when famous local actress Estella Tsai (Ya Hui), with the help of her manager Doreen (Cassandra See), open a restaurant next to them, selling the exact same dish. Determined not to lose to her newfound rivals, Enya feigns interest in a food documentary YouTuber, Preston (Xander Pang) — who has a reputation of saving local F&B businesses with his videos but only does so pro-bono. Will she succeed in keeping the shop alive?
