Overview

The film tracks legendary swimmer Diana Nyad’s lifetime vision and four harrowing attempts to swim non-stop from Cuba to Florida. An abusive past collides with an obsessive present over a dangerous 60-hour feat never before accomplished.

In my opinion, this film was decent, but not something I would choose to watch again due to its lengthy runtime. The storyline revolves around an elderly individual striving to achieve their dream of becoming a swimmer, a significant personal accomplishment given the challenges they face in the vast ocean.

While the concept of an elderly swimmer overcoming obstacles is commendable, I found the lack of dramatic events somewhat puzzling.
