Laura Fernández Espeso (born 1972) is a Spanish film and television producer and media executive. She serves as the general manager of Mediapro.

Fernández Espeso was born in Benavente in 1972. She earned a marketing degree from London South Bank University.

She joined Globomedia in 2009. Mediapro purchased Globomedia in 2015. In 2019, she was appointed as corporate director of The Mediapro Studio, Mediapro's production arm. In 2020, she became the chirf executive officer. In January 2025, she became Director General of Mediapro. She won the Goya Award for Best Film for The 47 at the 39th Goya Awards in February 2025.
