Judith Winnan is a British television executive producer specializing in factual and arts documentaries. She has held senior roles at BBC Wales, including Head of Factual and Music, and previously ran the independent production company Fulmar West. Her credits include The Private Life of a Masterpiece, The Story of Welsh Art and Fake or Fortune?. A former Chair of RTS Cymru Wales, she was appointed Head of NFTS Wales in 2021.
