Overview

A film adaptation of the hit TV series by the same name, the movie continues the story where the series left off. 15 years on, the city of Macau has changed a lot but not the people and their compassion. Strong performances—especially Joe Chen’s role as a mute woman—elevate the film, though its slow pacing and occasional plot gaps slightly hinder emotional impact. Ultimately, it reminds us of the importance of recognizing our own feelings before embracing someone else's.
