Aster J. Brotman is a filmmaker from Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are huge history buff and a mythology geek. Their stories are often inspired by ancient literature and mythos, always with a queer take. After coming out as non-binary in 2020, they have made it their goal to help queer voices be heard. They prioritize trans actors when casting, and make an effort as a writer and a director to make everyone on set feel comfortable and express their identity as much as they wish. Their stories will always be a safe space.
