It's pouring down with rain outside, but it's not a great deal more dry inside a man's apartment with a bucket collecting the incessant drips. Imagine his surprise when the ceiling comes crashing down! That turns more to shock when he sees a fully clothed body - dressed straight out of "The Matrix" lying amidst the debris on his floor. What to do? Fetch help? Too late for that, really, and the storm has knocked out the phones. It's a quandary.
