A native of Dover, Tetra Shockley was crowned Miss Delaware USA on 29 June 2025 and will represent the First State at Miss USA 2025. The oldest contestant so far crowned for 2025, Tetra was Mrs Delaware America 2024. She is an attorney and mother (her daughter competed at Miss Delaware’s Teen this year).
