Francie Millan was crowned Miss Louisiana USA in September 2025 and will represent Louisiana at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Francie is the first Latina to win Miss Louisiana USA and will be the first American-Uruguayan to compete at Miss US.
