Overview

After a traffic accident, Kazuma Sato’s disappointingly brief life was supposed to be over, but he wakes up to see a beautiful girl before him. She claims to be a goddess, Aqua, and asks if he would like to go to another world and bring only one thing with him. Kazuma decides to bring the goddess herself, and they are transported to a fantasy world filled with adventure, ruled by a demon king. Now Kazuma only wants to live in peace, but Aqua wants to solve many of this world’s problems, and the demon king will only turn a blind eye for so long…

Kazuma Satou, former NEET and current reincarnated adventurer, finally returns home after the incident at the Crimson Demon village. Following their recent exploits, the party is one step closer to vanquishing the Demon King and his armies—a terrifying task that Kazuma is eager to ignore for as long as possible. Things, however, are not going as smoothly as the group would like; they are constantly racking up debt, getting sidetracked during missions, and falling into traps due to their recklessness and eccentricities. As the party struggles with their perennial issues, they receive an invitation from a princess interested in hearing tales of the group's "heroic" deeds. Darkness' pleas to refuse the invitation only fire the others up to accept it, marking the start of yet another uncanny adventure with unforeseen consequences.

Relaxing, positive, likeable characters, doesn't shine in any category but can be funny from time to time and some dialogues are a bit alternative (more direct?) if compared to other animes. In my opinion it's a bit a "slice of life" anime with a fantasy/adventure background, as the main focus seemed to be the interaction between the protagonists.

I would have liked it more if it didn't have so many sexual references (if I remember correctly strength and presence varies from episode to episode which was more or less acceptable for me, but the OVAs went over my limit).
