Pauline, 17, suffers from sudden attacks of narcolepsy and is abused by her father. She is almost dead, emotionally and sexually, from these experiences. Pauline gets to know Ivan and tries to escape with him to a place that seems to resemble the ordinance of her attacks. But the attempt fails and ends in patricide.
