The action "Moscow Noir" takes place in Moscow in the 90s of the last century. Tom Blixen (in this role known, among others, from the series "Broen" by Adam Pålsson) is a Swedish investment banker. To improve his quotes in the company, he mixes into suspicious interests, and hence - collusion with millionaires, politicians, oligarchs and private arias.
