In the middle of a pandemic, a romantic girl tries to meet her neighbor across the balcony.
A young girl, Sandy, is locked in her house in the city center and is desperately looking for intercourse. The handsome boy on the opposite balcony is the ideal protagonist of her romantic fantasies.
